The divorce between Roger Mathews and Jenni ‘J-Woww’ Farley is getting nastier by the moment. In a new report, court documents show that Roger is seeking primary custody of the children they share.

The Blast revealed that although Jenni filed for the split seeking primary physical custody — Roger is hitting back. It turns out that he wants the young ones to be with him most of the time while he is also suggesting shared legal custody.

J-Woww also wanted the prenup that was signed to continue to be valid. Meanwhile, Mathews is challenging it.

Not only is he requesting child support and alimony — he wants the prenup thrown out. The legal papers asking for the judge to find it ‘invalid and unenforceable.’

Jenni recently released a shocking statement and video that painted Roger out to be a violent abuser.

In an open letter, the ‘Jersey Shore’ star alleged: “You are an abuser to the core, Roger Mathews. If this was not enough, you have spit at me. You have pushed me. You have shoved me. You have aggressively thrown me to the ground. I will not be threatened. I will not be controlled. I will not be broken.”

The mother of two also released a video of her estranged husband bragging about cheating on her with a married woman. The most disturbing clip was of Mathews shoving her to the floor while their kids screamed in terror.

As a response, Roger named Jenni as the real aggressor and later asked for a truce for the sake of their children.

“A part of me will always love you. I had to clear my name. I can help you clear yours too… I want you to be happy and I deserve to be happy as well. Happy parents make for happy kids. We owe them this. I’d be willing to give you a hug at the end of the day today as a truce offering.”
