Lori Loughlin Pleads Guilty in College Admissions Scandal

Over a year later, the College Admissions Scandal is coming to a close. Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli (yes, of Target’s Mossimo line) will plead guilty to charges of conspiracy. The couple is charged with paying $500,000 to get their daughters Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli, into the University of Southern California as rowing recruits.

If you’ve been following the case, you’ll remember that Felicity Huffman was also involved in paying someone else to take her child’s SATs. She pleaded guilty and spent less than 14 days in jail, but the punishment for Loughlin and Giannulli is going to be much more severe. It’s honestly surprising that they’re willing to plead guilty in the first place…
