Before Fame
In 2001, he graduated from Cairo's Al-Azhar University. He did his medical training at Sayed Galal Hospital, also in Cairo. He then practiced medicine in the countryside before joining the forensic medical authority at Al-Azhar. He received his master's and PhD, resigned, left Egypt, and moved to Europe.
Trivia
One of Ali's YouTube channels is Fekr Tany, which he translates as "New Thought." In Persian, "fekr" is idea or opinion, and in Hindi, "tany" means elastic. In Europe, while waiting for certification of his Egyptian medical degrees, he dove into dietary work and family medicine. Then he started posting videos on Facebook, emphasizing family medicine and self-development.
Family Life
Ali is married and has children. When he first relocated to Europe, he worked in a slaughterhouse for two years and lived in his wife's parents' house. He divides his time between Munich, Germany and Satu Mare, Romania.
